So apparently the owners of this location recently sold to another couple. I called to order and was confused when the person who answered didn't have a thick accent... and I was instantly paranoid. Good news! Food is exactly the same. The chicken parmesan was still enough food for two and just as yummo as it is bad for me. Pizza is still fantastic. Good news all around. :)

Good pizza. Remind's me of Corsi's pizza. They had a really good deal on 2 large with 3 toppings each and their bacon and sausage are quite good.

The pizza, especially the cheese, reminded me of Pizza Bob's, in Ann Arbor (and was also a bit similar to Papa Romanos). But when you have the word "Italy" in your name, I expect a little better than a place with Bob in its name. I did appreciate the variety of toppings available, and it totally smells like eggplant in the restaurant, which is a good thing. The service was friendly, and I'd definitely order again if in the HP, or if Papa Romanos ever closes down.

For sheer consistency and quality of toppings, Sancho calls Two Guys From Italy. Ask yourself how many pizza delivery places have: fresh mushrooms (not canned and gummy-bear-like), the quarter sized pepperonis that curl up into a little grease-bowl-of-love, or fresh garlic as toppings? Sancho tends to avoid the other menu offerings, as they are not up to the quality of the pizza, which prevents them from getting the full five stars. For pizza night, Two Guys From Italy - Hazel Park is like money in the bank.

TGFI was just a block up the street from where I had a writer's group meeting for years. Not surprisingly, we ended up eating here a lot on Monday nights. Or rather, getting carry out from here. We got a kick out of the name of the place, and really our enthusiasm was doubled when the food matched what the name evokes for me. Getting a large pizza, a two-liter, and an antipasto salad was enough to keep four of us full for a whole night. It was also fairly cheap - about $15. Not too shabby considering there weren't any other places within walking distance, and definitely not many places that would've delivered the same stuff to us for $15. The sauce here is great, the dough is great, toppings are well portioned... all around it's a good party pizza. A little on the greasy side, but not to the point of being... upsetting? Some pizzas give me heartburn, and this isn't one of them!

This is definitely one of my favorite places to order Pizza from. The delivery is reasonably fast and the pizza is really good. The cheese on the pizza seems to be of a good quality. The list of toppings is extensive - and best of all - they have an eggplant pizza! The sauce for the pizza is on the salty side for me - but still very tasty. They have a large list of other things one can get other than pizza as well, though the only other things I've had were the Eggplant Parmesan (very good) and an Italian sub (so-so).

We just had a pizza from here tonight. It was the third time we have ordered pizza from here and it has always been good. Tonight we ordered a New York style thin crust and it was amazing. The amount of sauce and cheese was perfect and the crust was just chewy enough but you didn't have to work your jaw to much lol. It was delivered and was still hot and melted when we opened the box. We will totally order from them again!

What a great gem for lunch this is my place! I always try something different but I love the pizza! Extra sauce and cook it well done for me! The sandwiches are amazing also! I love having the turkey sub. I can go on an on about the place but it's really simple just go there and pick up a pie!

Just moved to the area and decided to try this place out. I wanted to go somewhere local, that wasn't too expensive, and that I hadn't tried before. This fit the bill precisely -- and I got a medium one topping for $6.49. Not bad. I was a little underwhelmed by the pizza. Based on the name and reviews, I thought it was going to be borderline awesome. It was good, but did not meet my high expectations. I'm all about the sauce, and this sauce was ok. The flavor it has is nice, but it's not strong enough. The tomato and seasoning flavored are good, but need to be more present. Plenty of cheese, but toppings were moderate. Not as heavy as I like, but not skimpy enough to complain. I liked the onions, but the bacon was a little weird. Not as crispy as you'd expect. I'll try pepperoni if I decide to go again. The crust is amazing and kinda weird at the same time. The majority of the pizza that is covered by sauce and cheese has an oddness to it. My guess is that the crust soaks up the sauce and gets mushy on the top, but the bottom half that is cooked stays crisper. This leads to a weird mouthfeel as you eat it -- not inedible, just not what I'm used to. However, the crust around the edges was fantastic! And I'm not a crust guy. But I found myself eating each slice, thinking ok it's not bad... and then hitting the crust and thinking oh my god, this is delicious! Overall, not bad but could use a little tweaking. Maybe oven temps and cook times need to be reworked, or maybe the sauce could use less water? The pizza isn't bad and I would definitely eat it again, but I'll be trying out other local places first because I'm certain there's better out there.

First timer right here folks :^) I have worked in pizzerias for most of my adult life (despite how young I look I am no spring chicken). I am not a snob when it comes to any thing else except for pizzas because I feel that I've earned the rights in the 15 years of pizza making. So here we go: The rumors are true it's a damn fine pizza. I got a large square pizza and some Sicilian cheesy bread. I'm very particular about crusts and this crust is fluffy and has a nice taste to it although I can taste the oil on the bottom of the pizza. I didn't order extra cheese so I could gauge and see if they are chincy with cheese and they are not. They are generous with cheese which for me is a bonus. They use fresh mushrooms which is the only way to go in my opinion. They offer delivery and they had it here 10 minutes before they said they would arrive and they delivery lady was incredibly friendly. There was 2 downsides to my order the light taste of too much oil used and they kinda skimped on the sauce a little. The sauce was actually really good but I would've liked a little bit more. I'm most definitely going to order again because overall it was pretty delicious, and friendly service. If it gets any better I will be back to gloat about it. Try it. Do it.

I dig this place. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza, bacon onion bread and jalapeno poppers. The food was delish with just a few criticisms. I would have liked to see a little more bbq sauce on the pizza, and maybe if the chicken was shredded the flavors would have blended a bit better. I love the menu here and the employees are very cool. I probably would have given them 3.5 stars. Would recommend.

The good and the bad... The good first...great coupons (also online if you do not have). Now the bad...I have had food from there 4 times in the last 6 moths. I do also compare it to the Royal oak location since it is a chain and should all be close to quality. This location I have had...fries, ribs, pizza, subs, shrimp, deep fried mushrooms...you get less and also a lower quality imo. Go for cheap food, but you get what you pay for. I have never had delivery, only carryout so I do not know if they are on time....you will have to see for yourself.

Pizza is good. The rest of the food is marginal. The dude who always answers the phone is such a fussy d*ck. His sh*tty attitude always makes me want to hang up instead of ordering, but their pizza is the best locally so I tolerate it. His demeanor in person isn't much better than his phone manners. Don't waste money on the fish and chips.

Great local pizza joint! Subs and pastas are above average but for me, the real star is the chicken and eggplant combo. It's breaded eggplant wrapped around boneless fried chicken strips and mozzarella cheese and covered in a lemon butter garlic sauce. It's super unique! Large menu, lots of appetizers and desserts. Fast delivery, friendly over the phone or in store.

I give this place 3 stars as our jumping off point with our next visit gaining a star. My son and I swung in for the homemade meatballs. Side orders are not very expensive but the serving size is only 2-3 per order. We ordered a double. They were indeed homemade and very good. We also ordered the sausage which is supposed to made just for Two Guys. It was ok, not my favorite in town. Bread sticks were just ok but most places don't wow me on bread--some do though. Our next visit will be for pizza. Look forward to it.

Oh man! First they deliver their full menu which is amazing! I ordered manicotti with cheesy garlic bread it was delicious!! They also said 40 minutes it arrived a little under 30, food was still hot. Very happy with it. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

The food is pretty good, too bad I can't say the same about the customer service. The kid who answers the phone is pretty rude and uninviting.

My best friend and I always tell everyone this is the best place for pizza. While visiting my brother in NYC he said "I will take you to the best pizza place I've ever been to." Sorry her and I still said Two Guys blew that place out of the water!

Until I checked the app I didn't realize that there was a second location on Campbell and 12, but this one had better reviews so we tried it instead. We ordered three of their smalls to try. One round with pepperoni and red onion and two squares, one with spinach and mushrooms and the second with my go-to toppings pineapple, feta and jalapeno. The round was Ok enough. They use the little pepperonis which I liked but the red onion was slivered so the larger pieces just steamed on top of the pizza instead of caramelizing. The crust was a little overdone too. The squares were great though. The Joe deluxe was really good but their jalapenos weren't very hot. The star of the show was the square with the fresh spinach and FRESH mushrooms...wonderful, really! The breadsticks were simple but dried out and came with a small tub of pizza sauce which they needed. And as a last minute addition I ordered a chocolate covered and a plain cannoli...they were fantastic and crispy with a heavy mascarpone filling and hints of cinnamon. Try these, they're solid for pizza shoppe cannoli.

This is my go to pizza place close to home. They have consistent quality, the cheese is good (the biggest difference between a real pizza place and a hot and ready place). I'm a vegetarian and my wife is an occasional meat eater and when we have ordered a half and half I've never found meat on my side which is alway appreciated. Also they know my name and always welcome me to the shop.

The day I moved to Ferndale, I found myself on my way back to an empty house, preparing to sleep in a cold room on a barely inflated air mattress. I was craving pizza, and Two Guys from Italy was close to home. I called a few minutes before closing, and they said they'd put a pie in the oven if I promised to be there before 11. I showed up at 10:58, and there was a piping hot pizza ready for me, piled high with toppings. It was a far better pizza than I was expecting. Just the right amount of tomato sauce, a crust crispy on the outside but flaky in the middle, and tons of meat and veggies. I ordered another pizza the next week for a housewarming, and hopefully converted a few others to Two Guys. The prices are very reasonable and the pizza is very good, which I think is a winning combination.

I'd like to offer a review on the food but I just could not get past the horrible customer service I received on the phone. I first inquired about specials on medium pizzas. "We rarely do specials on mediums. It's not worth it." I asked, well, what kind of specials do you have? The jerk on the phone very curtly says "It depends on what toppings you want." I start to tell him bacon, banana pepper and extra cheese. Douche now tells me "Cheese isn't a topping." I'm now guessing extra cheese is free. I hear him tell someone nearby him, "This bitch on the line is stupid." Never going to get my business for anything. If I could give less than one star I would.

Love this place. Having moved to Hazel Park it was time to try out some new pizza places and it's going to be hard to beat this place. We ordered the Belly Buster speciality pizza and i've never seen a pizza with so many toppings - you certainly get your monies worth. The bacon and onion breadsticks are excellent too. Quick service, yummy pizza, great place. Will certainly be working our way through the rest of their pizzas that's for sure!

To preface this, I've worked a lot of customer service/food delivery/sandwich shop type jobs. Employees always talk s#*%, but it should be behind closed doors... no one should know the s#*%-talking is happening. Put on a happy face, guys. This is what keeps you around. Anyway, great, great food, horrible customer service. This place needs a new guy answering the phones, preferably someone who actually knows how to put a customer on hold before saying rude stuff to his coworkers. It's irritating when we all order? Sorry for giving you business! EDIT: So after I ordered the food that made me write this review, the food showed up about 20 minutes earlier than I was originally quoted, and the delivery guy John was wonderfully personable and polite. Kudos to awesome delivery drivers! And great subs. 4 stars!

Customer service was good but the food was another story. My father in law and I ordered the eggplant parmesan and cheese ravioli. The cheese ravioli was nothing special (it was still okay) just too much sauce and tasted like it came from a bag. The eggplant was excellent. The portions are reasonably sized and fairly priced. The reason I give it three stars is because of my entree and because the salads were pathetic. 1/2 a slice of tomato, 1 thin cucumber and 1 olive with tons of iceberg lettuce.

Love this pizza. For real. Not cheap cheese and use real garlic. Hot damn! If you can get over the younger guys attitude. He actually cussed at me yesterday for calling him on speaker phone. The cheesy bread is to die for. I missed it last night tho as I told the guy with an attitude like that I won't be getting their pizza anytime soon. :) for that I knocked them a star. Almost 5 guys. Someone needs to check that guys attitude. And he always seems to be there...

I walk in and it's dirty. There is no one anywhere. There is no displayed menu to look at but I found one crumbled on the cash register to look at. A lady comes out and without greeting me says "what can I get you?", I said oh hold on I found some coupons online, I go to grab my phone to show her and she rolled her eyes and said "tell me when you're ready" and walked to the back. Not only was I ready, but how am I supposed to order when she is in the back? I walked out.

I love this restaurant. All I ever order is the lasagna, and it kills me because I know the pizza is amazing. I had ordered a slice from the counter one day while waiting for my lasagna. Albeit, the slice was reheated, the quality of dough and other ingredients were delicious. I can attest that the calzones are great. For it is all my wife orders. When I come down stairs to refill my plate of lasagna, I will sneak a bite of her warm succulent calzone.

Tried Two Guys for the first time last night after passing it to and from work for the past few months. Ordered a medium pizza with Italian sausage, onions, and green pepper. Also got their cheesy ranch bread. Both were so delicious that my husband is still talking about it 24 hours later. I'm not sure we will ever be able to order from a place like jets or hungry howies again. We are so impressed with the quality, flavor, and price. We can't wait to order next Friday!!

Ordered a pizza and the antipasto salad. The pizza was ok, dough was kinda tough and sauce tasted canned. The salad was good and I liked the Italian dressing. Not the best I've had, but not the worst. I'd call it a good value because you can't beat a medium pizza and medium salad for $12.

The square pizza is great. It has the crispy cheese that bakes on the crust like Buddy's or Louis. Pizza tasted very fresh and I love that they make it "Detroit style "with the sauce on top of the cheese. The round pizza is very good too- I just favor square.. Our only complaint is the bread sticks-those could be improved ,but no biggie- it's just a side item we don't need anyway:)

The original owners of this place went back to Italy a year or so ago (or so I have been told). This is a shame. Prior to that, Two Guys was a no-joke SIX STAR establishment. So good, in fact, that my wife and I had them cater our wedding party. When the original owners left, one or more of the people who worked for them took over. And the food quality remained good, I believe they continue to purchase the same ingredients. But the expert craftsmanship in the food prep is no longer there, you can't "feel the love" in the same way you once could. My best example of this would be their Eggplant, which used to be orgasmic but is now reduced to simply "better than most places". But don't let me discourage you. Definitely still worth giving this place a shot, as it is still "better than most places". Just a shame that it is no longer fully living up to its potential. I hope to have them one day prove me wrong, though.

This place is our go to for pizza and wings. Fast, speedy service and seriously low prices. It's consistently good and even fed 20 plus hungry hockey players for under $100. And I love the choices from pasta to wings and salads and I've never waited for more than 30 mins for them to deliver. It's Super Bowl Sunday and I'm ordering them now!

Now that I think about it, I don't believe i've ever tried their pizza... LOL My sister lives right down the road from 2 guys and for some reason, whenever a few of us get together, we always end up calling them!! For the same two dishes... Chicken Alfredo, and Lasagna! Both are amazing, and I don't usually order either from a restaurant because I believe they should be "homemade". The thing that makes this place great is that it really is homemade and by some people who really know what they're doing!! The only lasagna i've had that's better is mine! I guess I should try the pizza eventually though... hmmm... /Viva Italia!

I recently had two wisdom teeth removed and I needed a "soft" diet for a couple days. I wanted lasagna; not sure why, but I wanted it. I immediately took the opportunity to get something other than pizza at an independent place like 2GFE. I ordered the Lasagna Dinner - for 8.99 I got a tray of lasagna (about 5"x"9"), a large piece of garlic bread and an individual salad. All was delicious. At first glance when I took the clear top off the foil tray of lasagna it looked like I had a tray full of sauce. But within a minute or two the sauce magically absorbed into the pasta and I had an ORGASMIC dinner full of the perfect ratios of sauce, melty cheese and al dente pasta. It was magic. I ate half of the tray of lasagna for the first helping, but within an hour I finished it because it just simply called to me. I highly recommend it for non-pizza purchases if you don't want pizza, although I like their pizza.

I always love the food, and delivery service but the guy who answers the phone is cold , unfriendly and frankly a jerk most of the time. It seems like he wishes you wouldn't even call; time to find yourself a new job.

Big slices of pizza. The kind of big that you don't see everywhere in Michigan. And how can you beat $5 for two huge slices of pizza and a 2 liter of pop? Perfect drop-by lunch for two! I also sampled their meatballs and you will not be disappointed. I have had my fair share of homemade meatballs and these are homemade for sure!
